The Woodcraft Ceilidh was held at the Cluny Curch Halls. Thanks to Tilly and Sheri for organising the raffles etc. Thank you to all who helped increase District funds by £240.
Dunolly House was the venue for a fun and adventure packed weekend for the Bluebell and Meadows Elfins on the last weekend of March.
Edinburgh Woodcraft prepare to go to the Celtic International Camp at Auchencairn. A pre camp meeting on site is washed and blown away leaving a lot of questions unanswered.
Yair camp was again visited by the Water Gods. But despite this everyone had a great time especially on the Sunday when we were visited by VETAID who by the end of the day had held several successful workshops leading to a drama about ‘How we live today’.
Silver Birch Pioneers climb a Munro (Ben Vorlich) raising in excess of £600 on behalf of the charity Pump Aid.
The Pioneers and Venturers go for a midnight walk on Saturday June 14th. After their group walks they met and camped at West Linton for the night.
A successful BBQ was held at Yellowcraigs beach for all the Edinburgh groups on Friday 20th June. Money was also raised for the visiting Palestinian refugees who are coming to stay in Scotland this summer.
Venturers go WOOFing at Achmelvich from July 12th to 19th.

Edinburgh Woodcraft Folk host Leicester Woodcraft Folk and a 22 strong Italian Delegation at the Celtic International Camp at Auchencairn. The camp was attended by over 320 people from the 2nd to 10th August. A specail report can be found here
Over a long weekend the original venturers go for a bike ride on the West Coast using 5 ferries to get to thier destinations of Lochranza on the isle of Arran and ???? on the Mull of Kintyre peninsula.
